  3. We will visit your premises, meet your HR Team and line managers to be sure to transend your Company Culture, your Visions and Values, and understand your technical requirements specific to each role.
  4. We value your team's time. We will focus on quality not quantity, keep communication between your team and ours timely and structured.
  5. We will not leave you once your new recruit gets onboarded. During the first 100 days, we’ll keep close to you, your new recruit and their line manager in order to recommend any relevant training and inhouse guidance, and for us to support as best required for mutual success.
