Welcome to Heroix, a consultancy firm based in Malta founded by Robert Cassar. With a wealth of experience in various domains, Robert envisioned Heroix as a strategic partner for businesses seeking exceptional talent and for individuals pursuing rewarding careers.

Founding Concept

Heroix represents a departure from the conventional recruitment agency model. Robert's first hand experience is that of managing individuals, teams and companies, and therefore he is well aware that the recruitment part is only the very first step of what a recruitment agency should strive for.

For Robert, recruitment is a means to an end, the end being that of assisting individuals to thrive in a great career and organisations to find success through their teams.

We're not just tapping into Robert's firsthand experiences of recruiting and building great teams, but also into all the feedback and collective insight gathered through the years shared by fellow leaders, including line managers, HR Managers, CEOs and business owners.  Another important insight and perspective tapped into is all the feedback coming in from people along the years who have been looking at how to boost their careers, their experience of recruitment processes, what worked and not, and finally how they excelled in new roles.
